Minzar for Media & Development (MMD)
An independent institution that works within the framework of media studies, scientific research, and analysis of security issues from the standpoint of security media theories, and aims primarily to study security issues, especially in our Arab and African worlds, and their extension into the Islamic world. This is in all areas related to media, security and development.
Minzar for Media & Development (MMD) represents a promising Arab media project, in which professional media personnel work to fill the Arab media spaces with daily and direct news coverage. It will also work to link the various courses of internal events with their external factors, namely the regional neighboring countries, based on Strengthening the bonds of cooperation between Afro-Arab countries and extending them to Islamic countries. Undoubtedly, achieving the steps of this blessed breakthrough will be centered around leadership in raising important issues that decision-makers and readers of the language of Dyad throughout our Islamic world need to know.
The Message
The MMD is considered the first center with integrated roles in introducing comprehensive security strategies through specialized media outlets, disseminating important information about the Afro-Arab identity and the Islamic world with common goals. It aims to achieve security and opportunities for just peace between Arab and African countries and Islamic peoples, through purposeful education that educates about security necessities, anticipating a just balance, and embodying strategic partnership and cooperation in establishing principles of international peace and security.

The Legal and Administrative Affairs Authority
There are two units under the Legal and Administrative Affairs Authority
Financial Affairs Unit
The Financial Affairs Unit is responsible for providing financial benefits to the center’s employees. It also documents
transactions between the center and official and popular bodies, and provides support for the center’s programs, including the
legal financial aid it receives that helps the center implement its various awareness-raising activities.
Public Relations Unit
The Public Relations Unit promotes the activities carried out by the Center outside the scope of its research, media, and awareness activities, in addition to concluding memorandums of understanding and receiving correspondence between the Center’s management and partner
media entities .
Security Readings Magazine Unit
This unit is responsible for preparing and printing the Security Readings magazine, and receiving various scientific topics according to
the conditions it set for publishing topics related to security awareness. It is a semi-annual periodical magazine
– that is, it is published twice a year.
Department of Media Translation
This department supervises the copying, printing, and preparation of publication of security reading magazines, and the printing of books that the center prints,
in addition to communicating with publishing houses and printing books. It is worth noting that this department contains linguistic auditors
and specialists in copying and printing books and various topics.
Department of Native Affairs
The Native Affairs Department prepares legal topics that are important for spreading the culture of correct thought and the
middle approach, which mentions everything that enhances the concept of media awareness and consolidates the concepts of comprehensive security strategies.
Security Research Department
This department studies topics related to security awareness, and security and media issues, as it
supplies the media translation and security readings sections with special topics and academic articles that
the department is working to achieve within comprehensive security strategies
Printing and Publishing Department
This department supervises the copying, printing, and preparation of publication of security reading magazines, and the printing of books that the center prints,
